Love the analogy to the fax machine! Until recently, I could only imagine what the first people to have them went through when nobody else had one. But lately, as I introduce myself to people, they have these blank look.s.....
Thankfully, there is a WHOLE LOT of people who really get it and have jumped on board. It is a very fun way to meet people and to stay connected to them.
My social media life has expanded exponentially because of this.
Rock on Poken!!

Finally someone is seeing the marketing potential with Poken. It actually goes way beyond what most think. With the Pokenize service, you can brand the experience from top to bottom, inside and out. Companies, advertisers, sponsors, individuals and more, can connect with entire groups of people with out being present. The potential doesn't stop there.

@RJ, you dont need to activate the poken before using. You just Poken with someone and after you create your account on your personal computer. Connect your Poken with your account and all the Poken contacts will be vissible.

This is a very strong advantage of the Poken. You give them away and they are directly usable.

For Europeans : just visit our website for more detailed information. We sell and ship in the whole European community.

@Steve I do like the idea of the multi-packs for graduation parties. What I noticed at my graduation was that although people were handed out a POken the most of them didn't know what it was. Another thing was that the universtity didn't had computers on standby to have the Pokens activated. So all the students went home with an empty Poken: something that I found very sad.

Do you have any thougths on how to make the Poken more visible, cause this would make the use of the Poken much more efficient. Something that also would lead to a better introduction of the Poken.

You're right on with the fax machine analogy: somebody had to be the first. And when a good solution is seen in the market, the market responds.

And the new Poken Pulse has a USB stick embedded, so the device extends its value even if one's associates don't yet Poken.

And the university angle is accurate too: we sold multi-packs for graduation parties, and graduates Pokened at those parties in order to keep in touch with old friends.
